Je to-do lijst lijkt eindeloos, je hoofd is druk, en zelfs in je vrije tijd lukt het je niet om \u00e9cht te ontspannen. Been there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soms geeft je lijf subtiele hints dat je het rustiger aan mag doen. Andere keren schreeuwt het het bijna uit. Hier zijn 5 signalen die ik zelf maar al te goed herken \u2014 en die kunnen aangeven dat jij toe bent aan een zachte reset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Je bent moe, zelfs als je geslapen hebt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je gaat op tijd naar bed, maar wordt wakker alsof je een marathon hebt gelopen. Als slapen niet meer oplaadt, is dat een teken dat je niet alleen fysiek moe bent \u2014 maar ook mentaal uitgeput.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Je hoofd zit vol, en je krijgt niks gedaan<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je opent je laptop en\u2026 niks. Of je begint aan tien dingen tegelijk en maakt er geen \u00e9\u00e9n af. Je hoofd voelt als een browser met 47 tabbladen open. Je systeem snakt naar rust en focus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Je bent sneller ge\u00efrriteerd (ook op jezelf)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kleine dingen brengen je uit balans. Een appje dat je vergeet te beantwoorden voelt ineens als een groot probleem. Je zelfkritiek neemt het over. Dat is je innerlijke systeem dat overprikkeld is en rust nodig heeft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Je hebt nergens echt zin in<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zelfs dingen waar je normaal blij van wordt \u2014 een wandeling, je favoriete serie, een koffietje buiten de deur \u2014 voelen vlak of vermoeiend. Dat is een teken dat je batterijen te leeg zijn om nog te genieten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Je lichaam geeft fysieke signalen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Buikpijn, hoofdpijn, spanning in je schouders of een opgejaagd gevoel. Je lijf praat tegen je. Het zegt: \u201cLieve jij, we moeten het even anders doen.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Wat nu?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Als je jezelf in een of meer van deze signalen herkent: wees zacht voor jezelf. Je hoeft niet n\u00f3g harder je best te doen. Misschien is dit juist het moment om <em>even opnieuw te beginnen<\/em>.
